Chingyen (Oscar) Chang (he/him) is the composer/orchestrator for Take A Quack At It! As a Taiwanese musical theater composer and lyricist, music producer, and orchestrator, Oscar is well-versed in a diverse range of musical styles and is known for incorporating R&B and hip hop elements into his compositions. In 2019, he made his professional debut with his original music, lyrics, and orchestrations in "Everybody Wants to Make Musicals", which was invited to multiple cities and universities throughout Taiwan after its initial run. He has since been composer, lyricist, and/or orchestrator for over 20 productions. As a music producer, he has worked with numerous Golden Melody Award winning artists and underground rappers, with his projects accumulating over 4 million combined views on YouTube.
Carter Quinn Tanis (they/them) is a co-lyricist/bookwriter for Take A Quack At It! They are a recent graduate of BerkleeNYC where they earned a Master’s in Writing and Design for Musical Theater. As the founder and former artistic director of SuperHuman Arts, they dedicated themself to producing musicals with all female/non-binary casts, leaving an indelible mark at Berklee College of Music in Boston. Carter Quinn wears many hats as a music and theater educator, vocalist, pianist, composer, lyricist, and librettist. Inspired by media for young audiences such as The Muppets and Phineas and Ferb, Carter Quinn crafts stories that resonate across all ages and audiences, Their unique artistic style is characterized by pun-infused witty humor and unexpected plot twists. Beyond creating captivating narratives, Carter Quinn's mission is to lead with kindness and compassion, shaping the next generation of musical theater performers, writers, and advocates.

Timothy L. Michuda (he/him) is a co-lyricist/bookwriter for Take A Quack At It! A proud alumnus of the University of Notre Dame and BerkleeNYC, Timothy has undergraduate degrees in Violin Performance and Civil Engineering, as well as a Master’s degree in Writing and Design for Musical Theater. Timothy’s musical theater works, Take A Quack At It! and TURING have had selections grace the stage of New York City venues such as GreenRoom42 and The Cutting Room, and has also performed as a violinist in concert venues across the US, Europe, and China. As a queer musical theater writer, Timothy strives to authentically tell the stories of LGBTQ characters and narratives. He is also driven by an innate desire to compose musical scores that resonate from the heart and are felt emotionally by audiences just as deeply and as loudly as they are heard.
